Meet The Team
“I am a small-town Georgia-born Social Entrepreneur specializing in technology and community organization. I enjoy riding my mountain bike, flying air planes, coding/programming, and spending time with my 3 boys.”
I’ve been involved with technology since I was a kid and video games have trained me to coordinate my mind with puzzle solving. So after spending 9 years in the retail apparel industry working my way up from web design to systems engineer, I began trying to solve the puzzle of how to rewire the local and small business economy with the ‘things’ that were going to improve their longevity.
In 2010, the day before I turned 30, I started @StandAndStretch as a way to reach out to local businesses to help them achieve goals through marketing, sales and eventually mentorship. It was just a blog then and, in the set of waves that social media brought, we were able to educate our clients and empower them to move into the digital spaces through partnership. As we got better, so did our list of clients.
It’s 2025, the world has caught up to our virtual approach to business and we are better for it.

Marci oversees all digital services for Stand And Stretch. From Google Ads, to Retargeting, to SEO, Marci follows up with all team members to ensure all is running smoothly. From checking that deadlines are met, to teaching advanced skills to new team members, Marci keeps us growing toward new heights. She conducts regular meetings that discus focus efforts, and serves as our go-to team player, filling in wherever the team needs her. When not completing online classes, Marci can be found prettying up her Insta account with hike-able nature shots.
Mallory Hardgrove
Digital Director
Mallory, a former teacher and coach, pivoted her career when her husband’s military service took their family to Italy. Now Digital Director and Retargeting Manager, she loves delivering creative marketing ideas to clients. When not working, she’s managing her #girlmom and #armyspouse life, cheering on her Georgia Dawgs, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Penguins, planning her next European adventure, or cuddling with her 90-pound furbaby, Murray.
Neva Piombino
Web Director
Neva is a web designer with five years of experience in web design and digital marketing. After earning a B.S. in Information Technology, she has focused on helping clients understand the intricacies of website creation and empowering them to take charge of the creative process. Neva lives in the Raleigh, NC area with her husband and son, and enjoys reading and working out in her spare time.
Gracie Smith
Project Manager
Gracie, with a background in Communication Studies, plays a vital role at Stand And Stretch by facilitating communication between clients and team members on digital and web projects. She acts as the “eyes and ears” for clients, ensuring their needs are met. When not working, Gracie enjoys trying new coffee shops, baking, tackling DIY projects, spending time with family, or supporting her husband on the Disc Golf Pro Tour.
Darius Prather
Web Manager
Darius is the Web Production Manager at Stand and Stretch, overseeing projects and managing the technical aspects of websites, SEO metrics, and portals. With over 17 years of experience in IT, he started in web development before moving into application and systems engineering. Beyond his technical skills, Darius is also a seasoned photographer, dedicated dad, tech nomad, and music enthusiast who curates playlists for every occasion.
Alexandra Graham
Production Assistant
Alexandra brings extensive experience in residential interior and set design to her role on the production and SEO team. Her background in fine design and curation significantly enhances her work in the online design environment. Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys gardening, walking her dog in the park, and exploring new wine bars with friends.
Marcy Hammel
Production Assistant
Marcy works in Web and Digital Production at Stand and Stretch. Even in her downtime, she enjoys reading material that aids her creativity and ensures that each web and digital initiative meets and exceeds client expectations. Outside of work, Marcy balances her love for the outdoors with her digital creativity by running and helping her dad on the family farm, where she finds a perfect blend of her outdoor and creative passions.
